Who are we and what do we do…

Richmond S. Peters – Richmond has a long history in hard money lending and project management. His background in technology and computer systems is vital to the success of Pluto Agave Investment Group.

To date, Richmond has successfully financed and closed over 55 hard money loans, ranging from multiple-family investor purchases to multiple-draw rehabilitation projects. Project management duties include a wide range of purchasing, budgeting, and planning rehabilitation projects from start to finish.

Richmond attended Minnesota School of Business in Brooklyn Center, MN and majored in Network Systems Engineering. After college, Richmond was a project manager with Hutchinson Technology from 2003 through 2008. Richmond began hard money lending in 2006 and still maintains close relationships with groups of repeat investors looking for financing.

Benjamin B. Kruell – Benjamin has over 10 years experience in commercial construction industry. Benjamin started his construction career as a laborer and aggressively advanced into a management. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies on fiscal budgeting and cost analysis projections.

After finishing at Minnesota School of Business majoring in business finance, Benjamin moved in October of 2007 to Phoenix, AZ. He officially started his financial career with United Mortgage Financial Group Inc. as a Loan Originator and quickly advanced to a Mortgage Planning Specialist.

Benjamin is currently the Chief Operating Officer with Credit Education Resources and writes the 720 Credit Guru Blog, a consumer advocate blog on credit optimization and credit utilization. He is also the president of Agave Capital Partners, LLC, a private capital raising firm.
